The District of Kent now provides the convenience of web-based services.

HOME OWNER GRANT

Apply for your Home Owner Grant online or by phone with the Province. Municipalities can no longer accept applications. Program eligibility is unchanged. To avoid penalties and interest, apply before the tax due date.

PROPERTY INFORMATION: Public Information

Search by Roll Number, Property ID, Address or Postal Code to view public property information.

Access legal property description, assessments and tax levy for three years. Utility information available is services on the property as well as the average monthly charge.

MY ACCOUNT: Private Property Information

Registration is required to view your personal property information.

Username can only contain letters, numbers, periods, dashes and underscores.

Password must be at least 8 character (letters or numbers) and one special character, for example Agassiz7# or FallFair!

Following the initial registration, you can use the LOGIN icon on the top right.

Click the Link & Register button on the top bar, or My Account in the Quick Links box.
Click Show Me How to create a new account.
You will need a Roll Number and Access Code/Pin, found on your property tax notice, to add a Property Tax account.
To add your Utility Billing account, you will also need your account number and Access Code found on your most recent bill.
When adding your utility account, you can choose if you would like to receive your bills by email or to view them online.
Multiple property tax and utility accounts can be added.
