Welcome to City of Clarence-Rockland Online Services

The City of Clarence-Rockland now offers the convenience of managing your water and sewer billing accounts online, anytime.

We have updated our water and sewer billing system. Because of this change, water account numbers will change from 17 digits to 14 digits. For more information, please consult the notice published on our website.

To access the Online Services, you will need your Access/PIN Number, which is printed on your water and sewer bill. If you do not have your Access/PIN Number, you can request it by emailing waterbilling@clarence-rockland.com or by calling 613-446-6022.

Please note that the Online Services are currently available in English only. Instructions to activate browser translation can be found below.

For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox.
