How to use eServices in four easy steps:

1. Register  - enter a valid email address and a password that contains a minimum of 8 characters and 1 of them must be a special  character (!@#). If you have already registered directly login into your account

2. In order to register, you will need your most recent tax bill and your PIN (Personal Identification Number). This can be found on your bill or by calling the Tax Department at (613) 354-3351 ext. 2007 or 2009.

3. Visit My Profile (by clicking your name in the top right) and start managing your accounts. For property taxes, select your jurisdiction (1121 JUR XXXXXXXX.0000) followed by your roll number (1121 JUR ROLLNUM#.0000).

4. To begin, select Property Tax.
