How to Register for Property Tax

How to register for an account, and add property tax information:

1. Click "Login".

2. Click "Register".

3. Fill in your information, then click "Register".

4. To begin with registering your property, click on your account.

5. Click on the drop-down menu.

6. Select PT- Property Taxes

7. Begin by filling in your information, then click "Save".

(see step 8 to find out where you can get this information.)

8. On any tax bill, check for the following numbers

- Make sure to only type in the last 8 digits + .0000 into the "Roll" field.

-Jurisdiction and PIN can be found where indicated below.

Once you have saved the information, your property tax information should appear on your account.

 

9. If you wish to register for E-billing, continue with the following process.

The top checkbox must be selected, there are two options once selected:

  • I will view my property tax notice online - Residents would receive an email stating the bill has been generated and they must go to the portal to retrieve the bill
  • Attach a PDF copy of the property tax notice to the email - Residents woul receive an email with the PDF attached in the email. 

 

10. Once an option is selected, enter in the preferred email address, and click "Send Verification Email"

11. Retrieve the 6 digit verification code from the preferred email (check your junk folder if not received), and enter it the textbox. 

12. If satisifed with all the information, hit "Save" and registration for e-billing is complete.
