Welcome to the Town of Espanola Online Services portal! We are pleased to offer our residents the convenience of managing your accounts online at any time.
For most of the services we provide, you must link your account information and create a user account. To use the Online Services portal, you will need your access PIN number which is printed on the your Property Tax Interim and Final bills, on your Water and Sewer Bill, and your Accounts Receivable invoice. Each account will have it's own unique PIN number and must be linked separately.
You can also obtain your PIN number by calling the Town office at 705-869-1540 or by emailing town@espanola.ca. This is a secure site as we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal financial information. Upon successful login, you will be given access to the Online Services applicable to your account.

Enhanced Security Coming to Your Online Portal Account
We are introducing an important security improvement to your Town of Espanola Online Portal. Starting on or after June 22, 2026, logging in will require a second verification step called Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
MFA is a widely used security measure that helps protect your account even if your password is ever compromised.
What is Changing?
When you log in, you will now be asked to verify your identity using a One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to your email address. This happens automatically — there is no separate enrollment or setup required. Enter the passcode on the login screen to complete your sign-in.
The passcode email will arrive within a few minutes. If you do not see it, check your junk or spam folder.
Do You Need to Do Anything?
No action is required in advance. MFA will be applied automatically to all accounts on the go-live date.
However, please ensure the email address on your account is current and accessible. If your email address has changed, contact us to update on update on your profile:

Online Payments:
A convenience charge applies to payments made through iCity Online. The fees are 2.5% for credit card payments and 1.5% for debit card payments.
The Town also offers other payment options that do not have a fee associated with them, including in-person cash, debit, or cheque payments; pre-authorized payments; and online banking.
E-billing:
Through the online portal, we are happy to provide the e-billing service for Property Tax bills and Water and Sewer bills.
