You must register, create a user account and sign up for electronic billing. To use the online services you will need your account # & PIN code which is printed on your water & wastewater bill.

If you don't have your most recent water bill, you can also obtain your PIN code by calling the Municipality of West Nipissing at 705-753-2250.
