We are pleased to offer our citizens the convenience of accessing your Property Tax account information and Water billing online at any time. To use the Online Services you must link & register a user account; in order to do this you will need your PIN and account number that are printed on your bill.
If you are a new resident that has not received a bill yet, you can retrieve this information:
Property tax PIN - send an email to taxes@greyhighlands.ca. Be sure to include your full roll number, property address, and certify that you are the property owner.
Water Bill PIN - send an email to AR@greyhighlands.ca. Be sure to include your account number, property address, and certify that you are the account holder.

New Users:
Begin by clicking on Link and Register above; click the 'Show me How' button to create your account.
Be sure to have your bill with the account number and PIN ready.
Registered Users:
Sign in using the Login button at the top right corner of your screen.
General Tax Search:
You are not required to create an account to perform a general tax inquiry on a property. The information provided in this search is on public record. Payment information and account balances are not disclosed.
Click on Property Taxes and follow the steps to perform a search.
