We are pleased to offer our citizens the convenience of managing your accounts online at any time; Property Taxes, Water/Sewer, and Accounts Receivable. To use Online Services, you will need your Access Code/PIN number located on your Property Tax and/or Utility Billing notice. If paying an Accounts Receivable Invoice, the Access Code/PIN can be found on the bill. Each bill type will have its own unique Access Code/PIN number and must be linked separately. If you are unable to locate your Access Code/PIN, our contact information is below:
For your Property Tax Access Code/PIN, contact Mia at 613-584-2000 ext.109 or mcochrane@deepriver.ca.
For your Utility Billing or Accounts Receivable Access Code/PIN, contact Mandy at 613-584-2000 ext.110 or accounting@deepriver.ca. Note that when the system prompts for an "account number" when making an Accounts Receivable payment, it is the "customer number" on your bill that you will enter into that field.
When visiting the portal for the first time, you will be prompted to create profile. Please note below the requirements that will create a strong password that the system will accept:
- - At least 14 characters
- - At least one Capital Letter
- - At least one Special Character
- - At least one Number
- - At least one small letter
Once the initial profile is created and the password is set, your newly created username and password can be used to login to the portal and view your accounts any time.
This is a secure site as we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal financial information. This site is best accessed using Google Chrome or Firefox and is not compatible with mobile/handheld devices.
Upon successful account creation and login, you will be given access to the Online Services applicable to your newly enrolled account(s).
Payments can be made to your accounts by clicking on the "Pay Online" button once your accounts are linked. Note that there is a 2.5% processing fee for credit card payments, and a 1.5% processing fee for debit card payments. These are third-party fees, and not kept by the Town.
Also note that signing up for the portal does NOT require anyone to pay through the portal. Bill payments can also be made at the Town office by cash, cheque, or debit. In addition, bills can be paid on-line through your bank or through our pre-authorized payment plan (withdrawn from your account on the 15th of each month).
